Production Process:
Made from high-quality soybeans, the process involves soaking, grinding, and boiling the beans to extract soy milk. As the soy milk boils, a thin layer of beancurd skin forms on the surface. This skin is lifted and dried, then deep-fried in hot oil. Under high heat, the beancurd skin expands and curls into rolls. You can also wrap minced pork or other fillings inside the beancurd skin before frying.
